About
Suizzo Morris Group is built on the foundational belief that we each possess all the capabilities and resources inside to achieve our goals and live our personal vision for our lives.
During my long corporate career, I held executive roles in Legal, Product Management, Marketing, Communications, Regulatory Relations and Strategy. After initially working as a litigator in private practice, I spent 21 years at Allstate before joining USAA in 2010 where I served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel for USAA P&C Group.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified through the Hudson Institute of Coaching with advanced training in Neuroscience of Change and Internal Family Systems. I hold a B.A., magna cum laude, from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
I was born and raised in Chicago, and left in 2010 for a wonderful professional opportunity in San Antonio, Texas. In 2022 I pivoted from GC to coaching, and am now settled in beautiful Burbank, California, close to my family, where I’m thoroughly enjoying the sun, warm and friendly people, and spending time outdoors.
The SMG Client Experience
“I came to understand that while my work is deeply important, it doesn’t define who I am as a whole person. The changes I’ve made as a result of my coaching experience have had a profound impact on both my personal well-being and the dynamics within my team. [It] has not only helped reduce my own stress but has also fostered a culture of empowerment and leadership within the organization.”
Oscar Hernandez, CEO, Boys & Girls Club of Whittier
“Every session ended with my mind blown on a new realization about my leadership style and practical tips on how to execute on a higher level.”
Elena Villasenor Sullivan, Managing Member, Endereza Law, Fmr GC, Massage Heights Franchising
“I’m grateful for the deeper understanding I’ve gained about myself and others -- empathy in seeing situations from others’ perspectives and awareness around self-regulation [that impact] how I handle challenges and allow me to take a step back to see things from others’ points of view.”
Elizabeth Fechter, Vice President Marketing, Bridgewater Bank
